By purchasing goods from Uluwehi.net, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of Hawaii.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Uluwehi.net are F.O.B. at our Distribution center. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the purchaser's obligation to notify the carrier of non receipt of your order within 15 days from the date of purchase. You waive all claims and chargeback rights if you fail to notify the carrier and Uluwehi.net of non-delivery within the aforementioned 15 day period. You understand that a signature may be required for delivery of your order.

Sales Tax
Uluwehi.net collects sales tax for items being shipped to Hawaii Only. The current tax rate is 4.166%.

Returns & Exchanges
Uluwehi.net offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all non-modified items sold through our website. In order to qualify for money back the items must be received at our distribution center within 30 days from the date your package passed from our order distribution center to a common carrier. Returns received after 30 days but before 45 days will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit only. You are responsible for insuring that your return reaches us within the required time limits. Uluwehi.net strongly recommends that orders of value are returned to us using an insured service such as USPS, UPS, or Federal Express. Uluwehi.net is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Do not refuse delivery of a package. By refusing delivery of a Federal Express, USPS, or DHL package, you authorize uluwehi.net to charge up to $25.00 to cover the cost of returning the refused package.

Shipping
You understand that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You accept title to the goods when they pass from our distribution center to the common carrier. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of processing (M-F). Due to the time zone in Hawaii, orders received after 3pm Hawaiian Standard Time may not process until the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm HST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders Placed on Saturday and Sunday will process and ship on the following Monday (holidays excluded) All Shipping Days are standard business days and may not include weekends and holidays. All Domestic Orders are shipped with USPS. International orders are shipped via Fed-Ex, or USPS. (Uluwehi.net retains the right to select which carrier is used and select an alternate carrier if necessary) We will ship to P.O. & APO boxes. Please check your address information carefully. By placing an order you authorize Uluwehi.net, in the event of an address correction, to charge you the cost to reship. International customers are responsible for all import duties and/or customs charges as charged by the receiving country. Please check with your local customs office to verify that the customs charges that may be applied are acceptable before completing your order. By placing an order at Uluwehi.net you authorize Uluwehi.net to bill your credit card any unpaid duties and/or custom charges that are incurred from your purchase.
