1. Question: How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Answer: We will pack and ship your order within 2 working days of the day you placed your order. The majority of our orders shipped from Hawaii are received within 8-10 business days. International or remote areas will differ based on the mail carriers. Time will vary for custom orders.

2. Question: Can I return my order if I don't like it?

Answer: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Items received within 30 days of the purchase date receive a full refund of the purchase price. Uluwehi.net does not reimburse shipping and handling fees. 3. Question: How much is shipping and handling?

Answer: For every item there is an additional $0.50 to cover the shipping and handling fee.

4. How do I get a receipt?

Answer: A receipt will be included with your order. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and be able to print it from your email if you would like to.
